1. To operate as target of daily production plan<\/p>\n

Acknowledge daily production plan from Unit supervisor<\/li>\n
Operate as target according to the company\u2019s standard procedure<\/li>\n
Monitor operating conditions and make in-process adjustments either at the control board or within the plant to ensure safe and efficient process operation<\/li>\n
Monitor control parameter to ensure that machines are operating properly and take recording<\/li>\n
Report any abnormal (If any) to Unit supervisor<\/li>\n
To manage and take care of off-specification product as Unit supervisor\u2019s advice under SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
2.\u00a0Maintain all equipment and machine in plant to be in good condition<\/p>\n
\n
Maintain all equipment and machine follow self-maintenance program<\/li>\n
Issue maintenance work request (If any) which has been approved by Unit supervisor<\/li>\n
Keeping the DCS Console and nearby areas clean and tidy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
3.\u00a0Access control in restrict area as per responsibility<\/p>\n
\n
To register the applicants which have to work in the responsible area.<\/li>\n
To keep a copy of the Work Permit until the job is completed or canceled.<\/li>\n
To complete or cancel work permits when the job is completed or canceled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
4.\u00a0To attend other company activity to follow company\u2019s policy<\/p>\n
5.\u00a0Performed with Safety, Health and environment also control the energy consumption to follow company\u2019s policy and law<\/p>\n
6.\u00a0Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.<\/p>\n

5 years experiences in Boardman (DCS control) of Petrochemicals, Refinery Oil & Gas plant, C4s Plant or related plant.<\/li>\n
Experience in DCS control of Cracking furnace, compressor, Distillation process is preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Utility:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience in Boardman (DCS control) of Utility plant, Boiler Unit, Petrochemicals, Refinery Oil & Gas plant or related plant.<\/li>\n
Experience in Boilers, Demineralization and DCS control of Waster water treatment plant is preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
WORKING EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n
