Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Sales Roles:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • \n

    Search the potential customer<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Consult to customers for the company services ( labor supply service and recruitment service)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Introduce and sell services to Clients as company target<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Set up and manage the sales plan, consulting plan for Clients<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Guide and consult for questions from Clients<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Monitor field, market information, market trend, trade development, competitors’ activities<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Report to BOD<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key KPIs:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Approach minimum 10 potential clients per month<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Having at least 2 client send request for manpower supply service or recruitment service<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      –\u00a0 University\/College degree
      \n– Having direct sales experiences (Fresh graduated also will be trained)
      \n– Preferably candidates with experience in oil & gas, HR field, experience in selling labor supply\/ Hr Services
      \n– Good communication in English and computer literacy
      \n– Will to go for business trips<\/p>\n
